MAIN COURSE

Slow cooked Karoo lamb with mint salsa verde / Organic mangetout peas, fennel and citrus dressing / Jerusalem Artichoke and Lemon Orzotto, parsley pistou / Leeks from our garden, whipped ricotta, wholegrain mustard crumb

DESSERT

A choice between seasonally inspired sweets to end the meal. For example : Lime Posset with toasted meringue and pecan crumble OR Dark Chocolate Tart

R520pp for the set menu. Our menu changes weekly, and often even daily, depending on seasonal ingredients and availability 🌿 Discretionary 12.5% service fee added to total food & beverage bill.
